Shopping with us is a simple process. You can search through our site for the books you need, with information about the book to assist you in your purchase. The desired products can be added to the shopping cart with a click of a mouse. After being satisfied with your purchase you can ‘Checkout’. You will be asked to provide some essential information to be able to complete the order, and thereafter proceed towards our payment gateway.
We offer Razorpay and PayUMoney payment gateway.
After the order has been completed, an automated invoice will be generated and sent to you by email. Once PayUMoney has approve the transaction, another email will be sent, which will confirm your order. Finally when the product has been shipped, you will get another email providing you with date of shipment and ‘Tracking Number’, which will allow you to ascertain the delivery time.
If you apprehend a need to make some change in the order placed, it can be done by contacting us via e-mail. However, such adjustments need to communicated before the shipping of product.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an Invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced books, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Usually the Intimation for the same would be done in 24 hours.
